Training and Support

How fast can I get up and running? That's one of the most important questions to ask when contemplating any software purchase. Other than your own motivation, the answer is contingent upon three things:

  1. Ease of use (the user interface)
  2. Documentation that comes with the software, and
  3. Customer support available from the vendor.

User Interface

Construction Software Solutions has taken great care to use as little "computer-speak" as possible in Accu-Corner's user interface. Prompts, pull-down menus, and graphic input are in the everyday language of the construction industry. Even before picking up the User's Manual, a new user can intuitively navigate through the basics of the system.

Documentation

The Accu-Corner User's Manual is a tutorial, organized around eight exercises. Working at your own pace, you are guided—keystroke by keystroke—through each successive exercise, until you have a fully integrated understanding of how Accu-Corner works. The total learning curve is no more than a few hours.
